Layer Up.. It’s Sweater Time!
At this poignant time of year, way past summer, deep in the Fall, and practically tripping over Christmas, layering up is the only way to go.
The best antidote to S.A.D for me is trampling the streets and countrysideDV
I still love to look at any pictures from warmer climes I can lay hands on, and planning my future trips helps with the pining for sun, a little. but the best antidote to S.A.D for me is trampling the streets and countryside, come rain or shine in my biker boots and jeans and a steady progression of ever-warmer sweaters.
Hush is so good at this kind of relaxed casual chic, and I’m loving getting the chance to muss up their clothes in the dirt.. Shh.. don’t tell them! (Um, you probably know by now, there’s nothing I like better than getting muddy and rolling in the fields. I think there’s even hay in my hair here. Oh well, tidiness and perfection are overrated. *Shrugs*)
It’s always a good idea to keep a dash of colour to cheer things upDV
I’m turning monochrome as the weather draws in, but it’s always a good idea to keep a dash of colour to cheer things up. For some reason, spots always make me smile, like a kid in a candy shop. Maybe that’s their job. Stripes are kinda cool too, but spots tickle me the most. One day I’ll get a Dalmation. Really.
On second thoughts, it’s the RED BAG effect. How can that not make you happy?! Try this bucket bag from Cooperative, it’s practically glowing..
So don’t let the weather beat you. Layer up and get out there, evenings, weekends, lunch breaks. Get back that rosy glow, sweet cheeks..
You’re Worth it!
